A kid in my hall got locked inside his room.  Not locked out - locked IN.  The electronic lock door handle thing stopped working, and they had to chainsaw him out.  I am not kidding.  I watched this with my friends and about 30 other people, crammed in a tiny hall, eating popcorn.  

When he emerged, the crowd started singing "Hail to the Victors" - some people must have thought it was appropriate, or maybe we just wanted to sing.  

As long as I live, I will never forget the time when Andrew Hirsh couldn't get out of his room.
